Calcium sulfonate base grease is made by thickening high viscosity refined mineral lubricating oil with new high base value calcium sulfonate soap, fatty acid calcium soap and other soap, and adding high efficiency compound additives.

Performance characteristic

With excellent mechanical stability, extreme pressure wear resistance, colloidal stability and oxidation resistance, greatly extend the service life of the bearing; lts specific gravity is larger than water, and it is not emulsified for a long time after encountering water, and has unparalleled water resistance, which can ensure reliable lubrication of bearings in high temperature, humidity and water shower environment.

Recommended application

Bearings for water (such as: textile or paper machinery in wet and water environment), steel hot car bearings, light bearings, low speed bearings in high temperature environment such as:drawing excavator, hot melt fan, hot setting machine, high temperature dye cylinder, etc,)automobile wheel bearings, heavy machinery, trailer steering wheels, various types of engraving or heavy load conditions of industrial equipment.

Applicable temperature :-20°C~230℃, short-term up to 250℃.
