1. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Extreme Pressure Lithium Grease is manufactured by thickening refined mineral oil with lithium stearate soap as a thickener, and fortified with high-performance extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. It is a specialized grease designed for heavy-duty operating conditions.
2. PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
Excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, resistant to shock loads.
Good water resistance, rust protection and oxidation resistance, long service life.
Good mechanical stability, not easy to leak or wash out.
3. APPLICATIONS
Suitable for the lubrication of heavy-duty bearings, gears, couplings, pins and other friction parts of engineering machinery, automobiles, mining, metallurgy, machine tools and other equipment.
Operating temperature range: -20℃～120℃

Puyang Xinye Special Lubricant Grease Co., Ltd. was established in 1989,the company is located in China, Central China, where the Zhongyuan Oil Field is located, Puyang City, Henan Province.
After 37 years of steady development, the company is already a large-scale lubricant and grease production base integrating R&D, production, warehousing and sales. grease design capacity is 100,000 tons,10 grease production lines, 38 sub-assembly production lines,lubricant design capacity is 100,000 tons, 12 lubricant production lines, two of them are fully automatic production lines,the base oil storage capacity is 50,000 tons. the company's products have outstanding performance, complete varieties and distinct grades.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
