Calcium sulfonate-based grease is made by compounding new high-base number calcium sulfonate soap, fatty acid calcium soap and other soaps, thickening high-viscosity refined mineral oil, and adding high-efficiency composite additives.

2.performance characteristic

It features excellent mechanical stability, extreme pressure & anti-wear performance, colloid stability and oxidation resistance, greatly extending the service life of bearings. With a higher specific gravity than water, it does not emulsify or deteriorate for a long time when exposed to water, providing unmatched water resistance. It ensures reliable lubrication of bearings in high-temperature, humid and water-washing environments.

Suitable for bearings exposed to water (such as textile machinery and paper-making equipment in humid or water-washing environments), steel sintering machines, ball mills. Also for low and high-speed bearings in high-temperature environments, including stretch excavators, hot melt fans, heat setting machines, high-temperature dyeing vats, etc. Applicable to automotive wheel bearings, heavy machinery, trailer steering wheels, and various industrial equipment under harsh or heavy-load conditions. 

Operating temperature range: -20℃～230℃, short-term up to 250℃.

6.FAQ

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang city, Henan province, which  Zhongyuan Oilfield located.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% in advance is request, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment.
We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
Of course you can, free samples will be provided, but you need to pay freight cost.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We are happy to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples,that will be helpful for us to do test.
