   The inaugural Puyang City Science and Technology Innovation Entrepreneurship Competition recently concluded successfully. The event attracted 39 companies to register, with 29 finalists selected through preliminary screening. Judges included investment experts from banks and financial institutions, along with leaders of local outstanding enterprises. After intense competition featuring on-site presentations and expert Q&A sessions, six high-potential projects emerged as winners, receiving first, second, and third prizes respectively. To showcase the development trajectories of award-winning enterprises, demonstrate their exemplary role, amplify their leading influence, and promote high-quality innovation-driven growth across the city, a dedicated exhibition series has been launched to highlight these projects.

    This issue will focus on the third prize project of the first Puyang Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition —— "Research Project on Preparation Process of Heavy-duty Wheel Hub Bearing Grease Based on Visual Feedback Technology" by Puyang Xinye Special Lubricating Oil Co., LTD. Together, we will explore its innovative ideas and technical highlights, and witness the growth path of an innovation model.

Project Introduction

 

    The research project on heavy-duty hub bearing grease preparation technology, utilizing visual feedback systems, establishes a data-driven monitoring framework for lubrication requirements. This innovation breaks through traditional trial-and-error approaches, enabling precise and intelligent manufacturing processes. The project has developed proprietary performance testing standards and dynamic control mechanisms for lubricants, effectively countering foreign technological monopolies in premium grease sectors. By achieving domestic production of high-performance heavy-duty hub bearing grease, it resolves critical bottlenecks in new energy vehicles and heavy-duty trucks, while driving green and high-end upgrades across industrial supply chains.
